Elevated blood pressure is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, necessitating accurate monitoring. Our study evaluated the BioBeat (PPG-based cuffless) device against traditional ABPM. BioBeat demonstrated a substantially faster workflow, reducing average time-to-complete by 74%, and received higher scores in all aspects of user experience. This efficiency translated to a significant annual reduction in direct manpower costs. With the potential to enhance patient and medical staff satisfaction, this innovative PPG-based solution stands to improve hypertension diagnosis and treatment, offering a promising advancement in community healthcare.
