Regional Sales Manager (Europe & LATAM) | MedTech | Biobeat

Our mission is to replace fragmented patient data with clear, actionable insights that improve patient outcomes.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our expansion into the European and LATAM markets. This position is based in our Petah Tikva office and follows a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home on Tuesdays). You will be responsible for managing sales of our prescription-based (Rx) clinical solutions through hospitals, clinics, and specialized distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage international distributor networks in Europe and South America.
*Drive clinical adoption of the 24-hour cuffless BPM patch among Cardiologists, GPs, and medical departments.
*Manage complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
*Execute strategic sales plans to meet regional growth targets.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience in the Medical Device industry (Mandatory).
*Proven experience working directly with Hospitals, Physicians, Nephrologists or Cardiology departments.
*Deep understanding of the physician prescription (Rx) model.
*Native-level or Excellent English (Must).
*Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
*Ability to work from the Petah Tikva office 4 days a week.
*Flexibility to support the LATAM market time zones as needed.
