About the Position
BIOBEAT is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to manage the company’s financial and accounting activities.

Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s accounting and financial activities in Israel and the US
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and internal reports
- Manage invoicing, collections, cash flow, and revenue recognition, including US sales activity
- Ensure compliance with Israeli and US accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Work with external auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and service vendors
- Support audits and annual tax filings in Israel and the US
- Maintain and improve financial processes and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA – required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller / Accountant
- Experience working with Israeli and US financial regulations
- Ability to work independently in a small company
- Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English – mandatory
- ERP experience – advantage
Location & Work Model
- Based in Petah Tikva, Israel
- Hybrid model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote (Tuesday)
