Clinical Sales Specialist – East Coast

Biobeat is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Clinical Sales Specialist to join our growing team on the East Coast. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of Biobeat’s innovative 24-hour cuff-less blood pressure monitoring system within healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician practices. You will serve as a clinical and technical expert, educating healthcare professionals on the value proposition of our technology and building strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site training and support to customers, ensuring they are confident in using the company’s technologies.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on both clinical and technical aspects to support their needs and goals.

  • Educate healthcare providers on the importance of 24-hour ABPM in accordance with ACC/AHA Class 1a recommendations and how Biobeat’s technology addresses unmet needs in hypertension diagnosis and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, nurses, and administrative staff within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with clinical support and marketing teams to provide seamless customer experiences, from initial interest to successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Understand and articulate reimbursement pathways and economic value propositions for Biobeat’s technology.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitive activities and customer feedback, and communicate findings to internal teams.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or business-related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular, diagnostics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including cardiology, primary care, and hospital systems on the East Coast.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex clinical and technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned East Coast territory.
  • Knowledge of hypertension diagnosis and management guidelines (e.g., ACC/AHA) is highly desirable.
